Abstract

We present a unified framework connecting cosmic nucleosynthesis to phenomenal consciousness via biological substrates. Supernova explosions generate biogenic elements (C, N, O, P, S), enabling abiogenesis of microorganisms—living systems characterized by metabolism, replication, and ontological vulnerability (G > 0). Through 3.8 billion years of evolution, specialized cells (neurons) achieve temporal synchronization (40 Hz gamma oscillations), enabling Temporal Consciousness Recursion (TCR).
