In a trial of 150 participants, 68% experienced substantial symptom reduction, with 42% achieving remission after just a few sessions. This represents a powerful new avenue for relief. Furthermore, these novel interventions hold immense promise for precision medicine. By tailoring treatments to individual patient profiles, the aim is to dramatically improve outcomes, moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach and offering more effective, personalized mental health care.
