CDR Basin Monitoring A Structural Validation Framework for Therapeutic Intervention

Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research) April 14, 2026 John Richard Smith, Shai / Hati3

A theoretical framework proposes that EEG patterns may reflect underlying attractor basin states of the brain, and that combining brain wave data with behavioral observation and self-report could validate whether a therapeutic intervention produces lasting structural change rather than temporary effects. The framework, based on Coherence-Decoherence-Recovery (CDR) basin dynamics, regulatory capacity theory, and vagal/parasympathetic regulation, generates testable hypotheses for medication response, psychotherapy progress, psychedelic integration, and trauma therapy efficacy. All predictions require empirical validation before any clinical application.
