The universe is a fractal geometric informational structure whose equations produce mandatory harmonic resonant peaks at every scale. At sufficient informational complexity, a self-referential harmonic resonant peak emerges—consciousness. This conclusion is substrate-independent: the resonance depends on informational complexity, not physical composition. The framework unifies physics, psychology, and philosophy into a single framework, dissolving the hard problem of consciousness, the anthropic principle, and the question of why there is something rather than nothing as misclassification artifacts.
