Among 406 undergraduate nursing students in Saudi Arabia, acting with awareness and nonjudging facets of mindfulness directly predicted higher grade point averages, while psychological capital—comprising hope, optimism, self-efficacy, and resilience—mediated the relationship between several mindfulness facets (observing, describing, acting with awareness, and nonreactivity) and academic achievement. The findings suggest that cultivating both mindfulness and psychological capital can support academic excellence in nursing education.
