Correction: Catatonia Associated With First-Time Psilocybin Exposure: A Case Report.

A 28-year-old man with no prior psychiatric or substance use history developed catatonia—six months of mutism and inability to feed himself—after a single psilocybin ingestion. Imaging and lab tests were normal. The case is one of the earliest documented instances of psilocybin-induced catatonia.
