The methanol and ethanol solvates of 4-glutarato-N,N-diisopropyltryptamine

Acta Crystallographica Section E: Crystallographic Communications September 22, 2022 Maria Naeem, Barbara E. Bauer, Andrew R Chadeayne et al.

The solid-state structures of two solvated forms of 4-glutarato-N,N-diisopropyltryptamine were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction: a methanol monosolvate and an ethanol monosolvate. In both, the compound exists as a zwitterion with a protonated tertiary ammonium and a deprotonated glutarato carboxylate. The tryptamine zwitterions and alcohol solvates combine to produce near identical hydrogen-bonding networks, with N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds joining the molecules together in two-dimensional networks parallel to the (100) plane.

‘Foxtrot’ fumarate: a water-soluble salt of N,N-diallyl-5-methoxytryptamine (5-MeO-DALT)

Acta Crystallographica Section E: Crystallographic Communications March 19, 2021 Duyen N. K. Pham, Vamshikrishna Reddy Sammeta, Andrew R Chadeayne et al.

The synthesis and solid-state structure of the fumarate salt of the synthetic psychedelic 5-methoxy-N,N-diallyltryptamine (5-MeO-DALT) is reported. This work describes the chemical preparation and crystallographic characterization of this compound, providing structural details of its salt form.
