A shortened, low-dose workplace mindfulness-based stress reduction program (MBSR-ld) reduced perceived stress and increased mindfulness in healthy working adults after six weeks, while a wait-list control group did not show those changes. Sleep quality improved in both the MBSR-ld group and the control group. The findings suggest that even a brief MBSR intervention can produce some benefits similar to traditional, longer programs.
