A 19-year-old male with Klinefelter syndrome and a history of LSD use developed acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The authors discuss the possibility that the leukemia resulted from a combination of cytogenetic damage caused by LSD exposure and the inherited chromosomal abnormality.
