Yoga’s Triadic Foundation

Obstinate intolerance, injustice, and lies that favor privileged subgroups in modern civilization stem from one-dimensional and dyadic paradigms. These paradigms also affect certain interpretations and orientations of yoga. Shifting toward a triadic approach reveals yoga's philosophical richness and its tripartite complexity as science, art, and technique. This article illuminates the complexity inherent in that triple foundation.
