Meta-messages serve as a central mechanism in the psychofunctional unblocking method (PF_R), activating unconscious processes that resolve internal conflicts, emotional processing, and psychophysical regulation. The theoretical model draws on mirror neurons, nonverbal communication, trance states, and emotional neurodynamics. In a study of 4,390 people aged 25 to 58 (88.6% women, 11.4% men), most participants experienced trance and theta-dominant states with pronounced emotional, motor, and autonomic reactions after PF_R sessions. The average score on a visual analogue scale improved from 4.8±2.3 to 8.8±1.3, indicating high therapeutic value of meta-messages for chronic psychological trauma and emotional blocks.
