Mindfulness activities improved well-being and coping skills among pharmacy and other healthcare students. Thirty-six participants completed pre- and post-intervention questionnaires after a multi-modal program that included live online sessions, a mobile app, and reflective discussion. Significant improvements were found in resilient coping, mindfulness awareness, and mental well-being. Changes in depression, anxiety, and stress were not significant. Written comments revealed themes of awareness, connection, and coping. The mobile app and mindful movement with reflection enhanced foundational mindfulness skills, supporting the benefits of interprofessional mindfulness interventions for healthcare students.
