Societies increasingly promote the participation of people labeled as disabled or neurodivergent in musical artistic activity. Technology has played a key role in developing inclusive musical devices, evolving from linking gesture and sound toward multimodal structures combining light, physical and architectural structures, and haptic stimuli. Metatopia environments, created within the Metabody project, are designed to include neurodivergent participants. Since 2013, the artist has collaborated with people with cognitive, physical, and sensory neurodivergence. This article argues for replacing the term 'disability' with 'neurodiversity,' aligning with 4E cognition theories (embodied, embedded, enactive, extended). Through observations and interviews, results indicate that immersions in Metatopia expand capacities in safety, initiative, habitus rupture, and concentration, explained by the techniques of flexinamics, misalignment, and amorphogenesis and their relation to 4E cognition.
