Resilience is positively linked with mindfulness and self-compassion, and negatively linked with attachment anxiety and avoidance. Mindfulness and self-compassion also show negative correlations with both attachment anxiety and avoidance. Multiple regression models including these factors account for significant variance in resilience. An exploratory analysis examines yoga practice and experience in relation to these constructs.
